" Kennedy's stance is actually about standing against the views of an ethnic and linguistic minority in Canada. As much as it had to be done, Kennedy has probably ended his formerly bright future as a federal politician. His manner of explaining himself simply will not be respected in Québéc in the way that Trudeau or Dion are respected when they disagree. Kennedy's place is not at the helm of the Liberal Party or the country."
